Video: Ferrari releases film with Leclerc driving SF90 Stradale in Monaco

Ferrari, Charles Leclerc

Scuderia Ferrari has released the feature movie having Charles Leclerc driving the new SF90 Stradale on the streets of Monaco.

With the cancellation of the 2020 Monaco GP due to COVID-19 pandemic, the streets were lighted up with the shooting of Le Grand Rendez-Vous on May 24, directed by Claude Lelouch, who also made the original film C’etait un Rendez-Vous in Paris in 1976.

The current short film had Ferrari F1 driver Leclerc driving the SF90 Stradale on the streets of Monaco, as the car made its road debut, after it was launched last year. The Monegasque’s first passenger was the HSH Prince Albert.

He also had Rebecca Blanc-Lelouch in the passenger seat, who is the granddaughter of Claude. It was the first film to be shot post the lockdown period in Monaco with a crew of 17 personnel alongside six engineers and technicians from Maranello.

The shooting was visited by more personalities like the Ferrari Chairman John Elkann, the Princes Andrea Casiraghi and Pierre Casiraghi with his wife, Princess Beatrice Borromeo.
