Pramac Racing unveiled its 2021 MotoGP livery abode the Desmosedici GP21 along with its two new riders Johann Zarco and Jorge Martin.

Pramac became the ninth MotoGP outfit to unveil its 2021 livery and last of the Ducati-powered team to do so after the factory outfit and Avintia. It was presented the first official look of its two new riders, as well, with Zarco and Martin joining in.

For Zarco, it will be his fifth MotoGP team in four years after racing with Yamaha, KTM, Honda and Ducati, while for Martin, it will be his first season in the premier class after two years abode the KTM and Kalex machinery in the Moto2 division.

Both Zarco and Martin will get the factory-spec bike as the ones ridden by Jack Miller and Francesco Bagnaia, while the two Avintia/VR46 riders Enea Bastianini and Luca Marini will stick with the Desmosedici GP19 as the one ridden by the Frenchman last year.

“It’s been a long winter and I can’t wait to get to Qatar and start working with the Team,” said Zarco. “It’s amazing how a strong feeling has already been created with Pramac Racing without having yet had the opportunity to be together, in this I find a great starting point to be able to work well from day one.

“I’m very motivated, I took advantage of the winter break to train hard, the level every year gets higher and higher and you always have to improve if you want to keep up with the others. I’ll do my best knowing I’ve got the right stuff to take great satisfaction”

At the same time, Martin added: “I am very excited and happy, this is my dream come true. I have worked hard over the years to reach this goal and I couldn’t be happier to start this adventure with Pramac Racing riding a Ducati. Next week we will go to Qatar, where we will work hard from day one to try to be competitive as soon as possible.”

Pramac team manager, Francesco Guidotti stated: “We face this season with great conviction. For the first time, at least in the recent past, we will be on the starting grid with two new riders and many new faces in the team. This represents for us a fascinating challenge that we want to face with concentration, determination and enthusiasm.

“We are extremely convinced of the potential of Johann and Jorge and we know that they will give their best to give us great satisfaction, embodying the spirit of work and sacrifice that distinguishes Pramac Racing.”
