LCR Team has completed its unveiling with the Idemitsu-backed MotoGP livery and bike of Takaaki Nakagami ahead of the 2021 season.

After the unveiling of the Castrol-backed LCR Team bike of Alex Marquez on Friday, the team has completed its 2021 line-up with the reveal of Idemitsu-backed livery of Nakagami, as the Japanese starts his fourth year with the Spanish outfit.

The livery is not much of a change from the 2020 version, with the usual reddish-maroon combined with white shade and tinge of black and golden tinge. It will be a crucial season for Nakagami in 2021 after a high last year, where he finished 10th overall.

He had its first pole position as well, but he couldn’t replicate it in the races with a win and or a podium, which he would like to change in 2021. The big step for Nakagami this year will be to have the latest spec of the RC213V along with the other riders.
