Fresh photos has emerged of the under construction Escapade at Silverstone circuit as it readies ahead of F1 and MotoGP races.

To increase fan engagement and comfort, Silverstone organsiers decided to let go a section of grass bank around Copse, Maggots and Becketts to build 60 luxury residences and clubhouse named Escapade. It is a commercial property and not a residential one.

Fans won’t be allowed to live there for eternity but only for pre-determined number of days. As of now, all of the 60 houses won’t be ready by the F1 and MotoGP races in the coming months. As things stands, only 37 is likely to be ready for fans to buy.
