AlphaTauri has shared a goodbye video for Pierre Gasly as his contract with the F1 team ends on December 31.

In fact, Gasly is not the only one whose contract runs out on December 31 with the likes of Fernando Alonso, Mattia Binotto, Adreas Seidl and Frederic Vasseur also in the list. There might be others who are leaving or joining the sport as well.

For Gasly, it is end to a long chapter with Red Bull whom he joined in 2014 and has had a connection for nine years. In this period, he drove for the senior F1 team but he spent most of his time with Toro Rosso/AlphaTauri between 2017 and 2022.

It was a total of four full seasons and two half seasons with Toro Rosso/AlphaTauri, while half with Red Bull. For the first time in 2023, he will take up a non-Red Bull suit when he becomes a Alpine driver alongside Esteban Ocon.

To mark the end of his journey, AlphaTauri prepared a video for Gasly:
