AlphaTauri’s Daniil Kvyat did a Youtube live stream from his home in Monaco as he answered about his whereabouts, F1 and general life choices.

Appearing for the first time since his haircut on Pirelli’s Insatgram live, Kvyat did a questions and answers video on AlphaTauri’s Youtube channel to update about his whereabouts, as viewers sent in questions as the stream went on.

The first question on the block was regarding personal goals of Kvyat and after answering this, he moved on to a number of new questions including ones about his hobbies (like playing the guitar), and what he does in quarantine due to COVID-19 restrictions.

There were also hypotheticals, such as one which asked Kyvat what he’d do if he wasn’t an F1 driver, and others which were asked and answered in Russian and Italian. He relayed his favourite memory in the paddock as touring a boxer in Monaco.

When answering about his favourite classic car, he felt, it was difficult to answer straight as he wanted to try out best from each decade. One of the more interesting questions was with regards to the AT01, and how the Russian felt about driving it.

“I feel good,” said Kvyat. “I mean, we made some progress from last year, how much exactly it’s hard to quantify, but all in all the feeling was positive with the car, and it was quite a productive test with lot of laps.

“The car was reliable, we tried many things, because the testing was quite short this year, and I think we tried many interesting things. All in all it was a good test so we’re excited to go racing. Unfortunately it’s not meant to be so far, so we have to keep waiting.

To sum it up, Kvyat was asked about his favourite food and cuisine along with his favourite show and what he is watching and also his music taste. He also answered about his first coach in Russia and the sound Honda F1 power unit, favorite road car.
