Sebastian Øgaard is facing his last race of DKM (German Karting Championship) this weekend in Ampfing, Germany. The Dane faces a weekend to a track that know really much.

The last round of DKM is around the corner, and after the podium finish in Race 2 at Genk (Belgium), Sebastian Øgaard is looking to repeat and improve his performance on track in the highly competitive OK class.

No matter what happen on track, Sebastian Øgaard has already been the best Danish driver in the championship having the double of points than his immediately compatriot.

On Friday the practice session will help a lot to Ward Racing to set up the Kart for the challenging weather conditions in Ampfing where is expected to be raining most of the weekend.

Saturday at 12:05 the qualifying practice will take place followed by the qualifying heats. The races are scheduled to start at 10:20 AM and 14:35 on Sunday.

“Ampfing is a track that I like a lot. It’s configuration with short straights and tight corners makes Ampfing a challenging place and challenge is what fits me quite well.

“I also have good memories from last year at the FIA Karting European championship where I finished 6th overall in qualifying and after a good performance in the world championship and the podium finish in Genk.”
