Porsche Team keep on the top of the standing in FIA WEC, this time in Austin, where they led both practice sessions. In LMP2 the G-Drive and the KCMG alternated the top position, as in GTE the fight between the Ferraris and the Porsche’s is more open than ever.
The spirit of Le Mans back to the “Lone Star Le Mans”, renewed as Circuit of the Americas. Three days of activity that started yesterday with the first practices sessions.
In LMP1, the Porsche’s dominated both sessions ahead of the Audi’s. Then in LMP2, KCMG was the fastest on first practice but the G-Drive of Sam Bird take the fastest time at Practice 2.
In GTE Pro AF Corse of Bruni-Calado led the way at first practice as the Porsche Team Manthey follow them. In second practice it happened the opposite.
