Jack Miller got the pole in the Red Bull Indianapolis followed by Vazquez-Marquez with a difference of eighty thousandths enter the three leads.
The qualifying session began with temperatures in the optimal path but with a covered sky, where rain could occur along this journey. With 40 minutes left, all the riders were out on track to mark time.
As we move into the 30 minutes, Alexis Masbou was the first to go down, but continued without damages. The first three positions were for Miller, Marquez and Vazquez.
With 15 minutes to finish the session, Isaac Viñales is removed from the mechanical problems to the track at the main straight. Top positions have not changed much, but Miller has improved his record lap after lap, followed by Marquez and Fenati. Niklas Ajo also left, with a part of the handlebar broken.
Finally, Khairuddin has gone down by losing control of his bike, Miller has been the poleman, Vazquez was second and third Marquez. JuanFran Guevara and Jorge Navarro were fifth and sixth respectively.
