Welcome to Barcelona, where today had been disputed the first and second practice of the Spanish Grand Prix, practices which mark the start of the European part of the season.
As expected , the two Mercedes have continued to set the standard in this circuit, but it may have been in this session that have surprised us more than ever with a rhythm higher than their opponents, a second with Ricciardo and second and a half with Fernando Alonso.
The teams have been testing aerodynamic improvements to gather information for tomorrow,this will help them to put together the entire package and make a correct balance of the car, as has been the case and Ferrari.
Speaking about Ferrari, this session has been marked by the appearance of the most important person, Luca di Montezemolo, whose charisma has taken the attention of TV cameras and applause from the grandstand of Ciruit.
Although this circuit was apparently characteristic for the cars of Red Bull and Ferrari, with less importance powertrain, the Mercedes team dominated with very heavy-handed and two sessions at this track, apparently seem to have something more than other great prizes.
