Lewis Hamilton set the fastest time in the final practice session for Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix in Interlagos. Nico Rosberg finished second one tenth behind his team mate, as Vettel finished once again on third position.

The final practice session has been used for Honda to figure out their engine problems, not like Renault. The Frenchman manufacture confirmed the poor performance of the updated power unit which Daniel Ricciardo drive, finishing on eleventh place.

Mercedes powered cars where the fastest this session, alongside Ferrari drivers. Lewis Hamilton set the fastest time with soft tyres, the lap was of 1:12.070 minutes. One tenth behind finished Nico Rosberg as Vettel finished third again, 6 tenths slower than reigning-world-champion.

The Finalnd drivers, Kimi Räikkönen and Valtteri Bottas were fourth and fifth. The Williams driver received a three-place-penalty grid due to not respect the red flag. The other Williams and local hero, Felipe Massa finished twelfth.

Lotus and Force India have an important advantage to get in the final qualifying today, thanks to Mercedes engine. Both cars of both team finished from sixth to ninth.

The best Renault powered car was Verstappen’s one on ten place.

Next Formula 1 session will be held this afternoon at 4 p.m. GMT time for the qualifying session of Brazilian Grand Prix, the penultimate of the year.
