On Friday evening at the Gran Premio Generali de la Comunitat Valenciana the Marc VDS Racing Team and Estrella Galicia 0,0 held a joint presentation announcing their plans to join forces in 2015.

Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 will therefore be present in all three categories of the World Championship with the Monlau Repsol Technical School in Moto3™ under the management of Emilio Alzamora and with the Marc VDS Racing Team in MotoGP™ and Moto2™, under the direction of Michael Bartholemy.

Scott Redding will ride for the team in the premier class, defending champion Tito Rabat and rookie Alex Marquez will run in Moto2 and in the lightweight class the riders will be Fabio Quartararo and Jorge Navarro.

Bartholemy told motogp.com, “It is a great project that we have with them, for MotoGP and Moto2 to field the best riders and what is also good is that we have a three year plan together. So we can plan for the long-term which is important in racing. Together with Marc (VDS) and them we can be a strong team, with the Monlau Team in Moto3. One of the best teams maybe in the paddock in Moto2, with one of the best teams in Moto3 we have joined together, plus a very good team in the Spanish championship. So we hope this will provide some fruit in the forthcoming years.”
