22 -year-old member of the youth racing Caterham Academy Will Stevens will continue his career in the World Series by Renault with team Strakka Racing. Two years ago, the Briton switched to Formula Renault 3.5, was on the podium , while not won any races , but in 2014, hopes to fight for the victory.
Will Stevens : “My goal – Formula 1 , discussing future plans in racing academy Caterham, we decided that the best option – to stay in Formula Renault 3.5 and win the title . We seriously considered the transition in GP2, but in my career has never been two seasons in one series and as a team in a row, we decided to use this opportunity.
I hope to participate again in the tests for the wheel of a Formula 1 during the season to continue to prepare for the next step – signing a contract with the main pilot Caterham ».
