In the world of motorsport, a new name is causing sensation. That name is Maciej Gladysz, a talented 15-year-old Polish driver from Tarnów. He is about to make his debut in the Spanish F4 Championship with the team that is the reigning champion, MP Motorsport.

The young prodigy caught the attention of racing enthusiasts with a stellar final season in karting, competing at a very high level in the FIA European Karting Championship and in the WSK Super Master series. Now it’s up to us to translate his prodigious talent into strong results in single-seaters,” said Dorsman. The youngster’s racing pedigree runs deep. She was born into a family with a rich tradition in both rallying and racing. His grandfather, Janusz, was a rally star, while his father, Adam, won several Polish championships in touring cars and GTs. Gladysz himself, at the age of nine, became Polish karting champion in his second year.

An adventurer beyond national borders, Gladysz’s successes include a second place at the 2019 WSK Super Masters Series. Plus a win at the 2020 WSK Open Cup at Mini level. She continued to shine when she clinched the OK Junior title at the 2021 Karting Academy Trophy. The transition to OK Junior in 2022 saw Gladysz take fourth place in the FIA World Karting Championship. He was also runner-up in the WSK Euro Serias.
