Gladysz himself, at the age of nine, became Polish karting champion in his second year.
An adventurer beyond national borders, Gladysz’s successes include a second place at the 2019 WSK Super Masters Series. Plus a win at the 2020 WSK Open Cup at Mini level. She continued to shine when she clinched the OK Junior title at the 2021 Karting Academy Trophy. The transition to OK Junior in 2022 saw Gladysz take fourth place in the FIA World Karting Championship. He was also runner-up in the WSK Euro Serias.
