Williams has once again won a court case against former sponsor ROKiT, who have been asked again to pay up the F1 team.

The ongoing case since 2020 has seen ROKiT lose out to Williams multiple times now, both in a London court and also in the United States of America. Initially, the non-payment case was being fought in the UK where they were asked to pay up to the F1 team.

Their deal was terminated as COVID-19 happened and the F1 season was delayed. After ROKiT still did not pay up, Williams went to the US District Court for the Central District of California at the end of 2021 with a fresh plea against the company.

The hearing and subsequent result sees ROKiT lose again and being asked to pay up Williams. The court has ruled that the company has to pay £26,220,094.25 to the F1 team along with £1 million to cover the legal cost that they have incurred.
