Williams Racing has found itself in another lawsuit where former executive has filed a cased against them in a court in the USA.
After their recent troubles with former sponsor ROKiT, Williams are in another lawsuit. This time it has been filed by its former marketing executive Claudia Schwarz where she has stated that the F1 team has attempted to ruin her reputation.
She also notes that Williams forced her out of the team by leaking personal information to a magazine talking about her alleged affair with former executive Darren Fultz, which she has denied. Fultz was removed by Dorliton Capital for poor performance.
Schwarz filed a $100 million lawsuit but in return Williams has filed a $6.9 million lawsuit stating that she deliberately passed work to suppliers with whom she had a connection with. In fact, she pressed on to overcharge the Grove-based team.
She involved her husband Axel Ludwig in the scheme as well by influencing him to approve overinflated invoices. The case kicked-off in May of this year and has been ongoing in the court in New York in the USA under ‘Dorilton Capital Management LLC v. Stilus, LLC’ name.
