Today was the last day of testing at Silverstone. Like the previous days, the weather conditions have luckily accompanied. Today, Red Bull has given its car to Carlos Sainz in the morning and to Sebastian Vettel in the afternoon, the same happened in Ferrari with Felipe Massa and Davide Rigon. In McLaren, Gary Paffett drove all day,  and Nicolas Prost has done the same in the Lotus car. In Sauber the Japanese Kimiya Sato was the owner of the car today. Finally, Force India’s Adrian Sutil completed most laps (99), whereas Calado has only completed 6 laps. In Williams, Susie Wolff has been the responsible for testing the new Pirelli tyres. in Toro Rosso Jean Eric Vergne has jumped on the car in the morning and Daniil Kvyat has made it in the afternoon, while in Marussia, Rodolfo Gonzalez has been in the car in the morning and has given his place to Jules Bianchi in afternoon. Finally, Caterham have trusted in their starts, Giedo van der Garde and Charles Pic.
Today has been much more “troubled”, with a total of four red flags caused by Giedo van der Garde, Rodolfo Gonzalez, Daniel Kvyat (these last two were drivers’ error) and Jules Bianchi. The fastest has been Sebastian Vettel, ahead of Adrian Sutil. Nicolas Prost completed the top 3, being the fastest rookie today and completing more than 60 laps. Carlos Sainz has set the fourth fastest time slower than yesterday with Toro Rosso, and doing 35 laps. Felipe Massa has completed nearly 70 laps, with the sixth fastest time behind Davide Rigon, also with the Ferrari. Daniil Kvyat and Rodolfo Gonzalez have been left wanting more laps after their problems. They have only been able to complete just over 20 laps. Instead, Sussie Wolf has been enjoying 89 laps with the Williams.
