The champion of the Formula Renault 3.5, Robin Frinjs, currently third driver for the Sauber team has announced that he will leave the Swiss team after not being given any opportunity.
Robin Frinjs has announced his retirement from Sauber next year. The Swiss team has designed an alignment with the current two drivers and the Russian Sergei Sirotkin who will bring an important quantity of money for Sauber, and this is more important than the great talent of Frinjs. Recall that the Dutchman has done a great role in the Formula BMW and Renault Formulas 2.0 and 3.5 where he even won the title in the latter last year.
