The australian driver came in tgime to join the first test of the season which is underway at the frenc circuit of Paul Ricard. It’s a driver ho has competed for Van Amersfoort’s formation on the last couple of years, wining the german F4 in 2016 and compiting on the european F3 in 2017 with them. He also competed on the Euroformula Open last year on the last two races with BVM Racing but i wasn’t able to score a single point.
This is, so, a new oportunity for Mawson with a formation which is needed of results: “I’m very excited to be joining Arden International for the 2018 GP3 season, to be able to race on the same schedule as Formula One is something that I’m thoroughly looking forward to. I’m focused on putting everything that I learnt into practice to assist me in gaining more success in 2018.”

It will be interesting if Mawson could improve the results from F3 where ha was only 13th at the end of the year.
