Callum Ilott continues in the top of the timesheets. The Briton set the pole position for the qualifying race in the Masters of Formula 3, a special race held at Zandvoort, Netherlands. Eriksson and Albon completes the top3.
A different qualifying in the Masters of Formula 3. If in FIA F3 we usually see two qualifying’s of 20 minutes, this time the drivers compete in a qualifying of 30 minutes that set the starting grid of the Qualifying race of this afternoon.
Callum Ilott (Van Amersfoort Racing) will start on pole position. The driver who yesterday was the fastest in both practices confirms the predictions but, as FormulaRapida.net said yesterday, he must be aware of the Motopark’s and also of Alex Albon (Hitech GP).
BMW junior driver, Joel Eriksson (Motopark) finished second just 0.012 seconds behind Ilott. Albon is starting third, ahead of Red Bull Junior driver, Niko Kari (Motopark). Ferrari junior driver, Guanyu Zhou (Motopark) will start fifth ahead of Pedro Piquet (Van Amersfoort Racing).
Last year pole sitter, Sergio Sette Camara (Motopark) finished seventh, ahead of Anthoine Hubert (Van Amersfoort Racing), Alessio Lorandi (Carlin) and David Beckmann (kfzteile24 Mücke Motorsport).
