Ferrari has shared photos and videos of Lewis Hamilton’s visit to Maranello ahead of his first-ever F1 test at Fiorano in preparation for 2025.
Hamilton’s journey with Ferrari kicked-off after the seven-time F1 champion made his first official visit to Maranello on Monday. He spent full day visiting various departments – which includes Fiorano – meeting all of the team members.
He met Frederic Vasseur, Benedetto Vigna and John Elkann as well along with some of the fans outside the team’s base. On Tuesday, it was more about preparing himself for the F1 test at Fiorano, which likely included a simulator time at Maranello.
In fact, he shared his first photo in the Ferrari overalls after host of pictures shared by the team of his visit to Maranello. While it is not publicly shared yet, but he is most likely to have his first F1 test on Wednesday in the SF-23 to start the journey.
Charles Leclerc is also reported to be part of the Fiorano test. Hamilton will have Riccardo Adami at his side as his race engineer, as reports emerge of a return of Angela Cullen for his ‘Project 44’ work. It is not clear if she will undertake the same role as before.
