Haas has revealed changes to its F1 team structure where they have promoted some of their own into important positions apart from hiring some – which includes naming first female engineer.

Having done with their first TPC programme of the 2025 season in Jerez in collaboration with Toyota, Haas has listed their key personnel that will spearhead the upcoming F1 season. After a year in the position of team principal, Ayao Komatsu has settled in his role to take some key decisions.

Starting with the two race engineers, Haas confirmed F1’s first female engineer in the form of Laura Mueller, who was spotted working alongside Esteban Ocon in the Abu Dhabi test. She has been promoted by the American outfit to be the Frenchman’s race engineer.

Oliver Bearman, meanwhile, will have Ronan O’Hare as his race engineer, as Haas will have two new race engineers replacing Mark Slade and Gary Gannon. At the same time, the role of Team Manager has been converted to a larger Sporting Director work, where Mark Lowe returns to replace Peter Crolla.

There is a new hiring in the form of Carine Cridelich as the Head of Strategy, while Francesco Nenci will be the Chief Race Engineer – taking over from Komatsu’s previous role. Davide Paganelli has been promoted to be the Head of Aerodynamics, while several including chief mechanics and finance heads remain on.

There are others retaining their role as last year as well, which includes Joe Custer (COO), Andrea De Zordo (Technical Director), Tom Coupland (Chief Designer), Jonathan Heal (Deputy Chief Designer), Rhodri Moseley (Chief Aerodynamicist), Damien Brayshaw (Performance Director), Dominic Haines (Head of Performance Engineering) and Neil Hanley (Trackside Operations Manager).
