McLaren Racing together with Honda will hold a demo run in F1 Brazil GP to celebrate 30th anniversary of Ayrton Senna’s legacy.

Commemorating the 30th anniversary of Ayrton Senna’s legacy, Honda, along with McLaren Racing, will be cooperating with F1 GP Sao Paulo to hold “SENNA SEMPRE (SENNA FOREVER)”, an event scheduled for the race weekend (November 1-3) of the FIA F1 Sao Paulo Grand Prix.

In the event, the McLaren Honda MP4/5B, the car that Senna drove to victory in the 1990 F1 season, will be driven in a demo run. The McLaren Honda F1 team, the highly successful partnership between McLaren and Honda, won an incredible 44 of the 80 races they contested between 1988 and 1992, a dominating force in F1 history.

Ayrton Senna became World Champion in 1988, 1990 and 1991 all with this team, and not only greatly contributed to the team’s success, but became an icon of F1 drivers, and is loved to this day. Details of the “SENNA SEMPRE” commemorative event, including the demo run, will be announced on sites including the official F1 GP Sao Paulo website.
