Red Bull junior Arvid Lindblad has signed up with Campos Racing for a step up to FIA F2 in 2025 season.

Campos Racing is pleased to announce that Arvid Lindblad, a member of the Red Bull Junior Team, will be one of its drivers for the 2025 FIA Formula 2 season, marking his debut in the FIA’s second-tier single-seater category.

Lindblad, just 17 years old, was born in Virginia Water and took his first steps in competition in karting in 2015. The London-born driver, who has Swedish and Indian roots, quickly demonstrated his natural talent by winning the British Championship in the IAME Cadet category. Later, in 2020, he also claimed victories in other significant karting events such as the WSK Euro Series and the WSK Final Cup in OK.

After joining the Red Bull Junior Team in 2021, Lindblad made his single-seater debut in 2022, participating in some Formula 4 races in Italy. Over the past two years, he has competed in various championships and categories, from the aforementioned F4 to Formula Regional and, more recently, FIA Formula 3. In all these categories, he has proven to be a winning driver, achieving fifteen victories and twenty-five podiums in this short period. Therefore, despite his youth, his credentials precede him as he prepares for his FIA Formula 2 debut.

Adrián Campos (Team Principal of Campos Racing): “We are happy to have a driver like Arvid in our ranks for 2025, as he has immense talent, and we are sure that together we have very important goals ahead. We have the winter months to work ensuring he is as prepared as possible for his debut next season. We will bring all our experience to make his transition as smooth and successful as possible.”

Arvid Lindblad (Campos Racing driver in FIA Formula 2): “Super excited to be joining Campos Racing in FIA F2 for 2025. The team has had an amazing season so far and can’t wait to start working together. I look forward to joining the long list of drivers that have raced for the team in the past and be a part of its heritage and the legacy of Mr. Adrián Campos. The team seems very passionate, hungry and motivated to win. They’ll give me the tools and knowledge to continue to develop as a driver as we push each other to improve. I want to say thank you to everyone at Red Bull, the Junior Team and Campos Racing for the opportunity. I can’t wait to get started!”
