OK-OKJ EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP RD1, GENK

Last weekend we raced for the first round of the OK-OKJ European Championship in Genk, Belgium; a tough race for our drivers!

The unpredictable weather conditions made our driver’s life pretty hard!
Maciej Gladysz qualified nicely in P11 in OK Junior, during Friday’s Qualifying Practice, but he struggled a lot during Saturday’s Qualifying Heats on the wet.

Wisniewski and Costa had similar issues; the drivers were fast in dry conditions but racing under pouring rain is never ideal and crashes can happen.

Christian Ho (OK) gained access to Sunday’s Final and finished the race in P27.

Time to reset and focus on Rd2 of the European Championship in Essay, France, next week!
