The classification of Race 2 of IndyCar Detroit Grand Prix has been suspended due to the bad visibility because of rain. The big harmed was Sage Karam who had the provisional pole, and the big beneficiary is Juan Pablo Montoya who will start first.


 

The qualifying system got reduced as 20 minutes session in 2 groups. The first group have the opportunity to compete. Sage Karam set the fastest lap of the group, James Jakes crashed into the wall at that end of the session.

But second group couldn’t compete because of poor visibility conditions. This makes think the Stewarts to cancel the qualifying and start the race 2 with the entrant points.

The race will start this afternoon/night at 3.30 a.m. ET (20:30 United Kingdom time).
