Lance Stroll was the fastest in both free practice sessions of the FIA ??European Formula 3 circuit in Imola, Italy. The young Williams is continuing his momentum, in order to take the championship this weekend.

FP1

In the first free practice session was clear that the championship leader wants to finish the championship here. The young Canadian who already won in Imola for F4 Italian set the fastest time with a lap of  1:35,833  three tenths faster than Red Bull young driver, Niko Kari (Motopark).

In third place was located Anthoine Hubert (Van Amersfoort Racing) who arrives here with a clear advantage over its rivals because He is the one who most raced at Imola. Sergio Sette Camara (Motopark) was fourth ahead of Callum Ilott (Van Amersfoort Racing).

FP2

Stroll in the second session continued dominating, followed by George Russell (Hitech GP) and Ralf Aron (Prema Powerteam), both mentioned with experience in this circuit. Niko Kari has maintained its pace from the fourth.

Nick Cassidy (Prema Powerteam) finished fifth, followed by Callum Ilott, Anthoine Hubert and Guanyu Zhou (Motopark).

The hardest rival for Lance Stroll, Maximilian Günther (Prema Powerteam) finished last in the two sessions because of some mechanical problems.
