It has been a very surprising result, Will Power has been 3,5 mph faster than 2012 pole, tomorrow it is suposed to be a great race where tire strategy and slipstream strategy. The rest of drivers they are very close together anyway with the new Dallara specifications overtakings are easier and group races are more viable because of the downforce. The results has been made by average of 2 fast laps every driver.
Sato and Vautier has not time because diferent problems about their cars and rules scruteenering. Simona de Silvestro has 10 grid penalty because of a change of motor in Detroit
