Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 team champion, Josef Kaufmann Racing will race next year in the series with Lando Norris and Jehan Daruvala.
German team, Josef Kaufmann Racing will compete in the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 championship with two of probably championship contenders: the Force India F1 Team young driver, Jehan Daruvala, and the MSA Formula 4 champion, Lando Norris.
Norris is 16 years old and made his debut in single-seaters this year in MSA Formula where he won the championship thanks to his 7 victories, 14 podiums and 10 pole positions. He also took part in some races of German Formula 4 and Italian Formula 4.
The step to Eurocup is an intelligent step and in a competitive team which is Kaufmann. The British driver, linked to Carlin will also compete with this team in BRDC Formula 4, doing a double program for this year.
Daruvala have already experience in Formula Renault 2.0 cars and probably will be the top driver in the squad. The Indian, like Norris, made his debut in single-seaters this year in Formula Renault 2.0 NEC with Fortec Motorsports.
He finished as 2n rookie and 5th overall, with 3 podiums and one fastest lap. He also raced 7 races in Eurocup and 7 more in Alps as a wild-card, taking two pole positions in the Swiss-Italian category.
