Kami Laliberté beat an impressive Julian Hanses in the closing stages of qualifying session of ADAC Formel 4 at Oschersleben, Germany. The Canadian will start first for Race 1, while the German set the pole position for Race 2.

The qualifying session started with 2 hours of delay because of no-power on track. The session was shortened then.

In the first laps, the Prema Powerteam drivers, Juri Vips and Juan Manuel Correa were leading the way before a red flag period.

When the session resumed, the battle for pole position was between Julian Hanses (US Racing) against everybody. The German showed an impressive pace and was all the time in provisional double pole, but when the checker flag arrived, Kami Laliberté (Van Amersfoort Racing) set an incredible lap, only 0.050 seconds quicker than Hanses.

So for race 1, Laliberté will start from first position, ahead of Hanses, Marcus Armstrong (Prema Powerteam), Jonathan Aberdein (Motopark) and Felipe Drugovich (Van Amersfoort Racing)

For Race 2, Hanses will start from pole, ahead of Drugovich, Armstrong, Fabio Scherer (US Racing) and Aberdein.
