Daniil Kvyat has been the fastest in the free practice of the GP3 Series in Monza, Italy, were the Russian can be considered as local driver because of the fact that he has lived in Rome.
45 minute session ahead were promising for the young drivers of the GP3 when the lights went off, and the first out was Carlos Sainz Jr. (MW Arden) who has chosen not to overtighten during the start of the session, the opposite of Korainen GP and Trident Racing.
As always the MW Arden, the Koiranen GP and ART Grand Prix have alternated the top positions for almost the entire session, but Sims (Carlin) that is in great shape, has not disappointed when climbing in leading positions.
When times have been improving, the young Red Bull driver, Daniil Kvyat (MW Arden) led the timesheets followed by Sainz, Sims, Daly (ART Grand Prix) and Korjus (Koianien GP), but later Regalia (ART Grand Prix) championship leader has gotten between Sims and Daly.
Finally there have been no surprises and the fastest of the session was the Russian Daniil Kvyat.
