Julien Falchero will continue one more year on the grid of GP3 Series. After rookie year with Campos Racing, the French driver will move to Arden International for a second year in the series.

GP3 Series continues to compose his grid for the next season of 2018. After announcing ten drivers in recent weeks, today was turn for Arden International. Frenchman Julien Falchero will dispute the full season with the English team, joining the already confirmed Gabriel Aubry. For now, the identity of the team’s third driver is still unknown.

Falchero began his stage in the cars in 2015, where he participated in several categories with GSK Grand Prix. First of all, he was proclaimed champion of V of V Challenge Monoplace with a victory and seven podiums. After that, he ran to five races of the Formula Renault 2.0 NEC and Eurocup where he did not score a single point. The following year he played these two categories in full, remaining 13th in both.

Finally, in 2017 he competed in GP3 Series with Campos Racing, finishing 15th with 16 points. Now, Fulchero becomes a driver of Arden International with Aubry.

Richard Dent, team manager, talks after announcing the second Arden’s driver for this season:

“We are really pleased to secure Julien for his 2nd Season of GP3. He tested well with us in Abu Dhabi and worked well with the team straight away. His knowledge of the circuits and the Pirelli tyres means that we can hit the ground running”.

The winter tests of GP3 Series will begin on February 20 and 21 at Paul Ricard, before two more days in Jerez and Barcelona.
