The first three-days of testing of 2015 MotoGP pre-season has finished. After two days of Yamaha leadership, today was the time for Honda to show his potential.

The two-times MotoGP world champion, Marc Márquez set a new circuit record lap time, and got down the rumors that the Yamaha’s this year were  faster than the Honda’s. His teammate, Dani Pedrosa immediately follow Márquez on second place.

With the Honda’s again unbeatable, the Movistar Yamaha MotoGP riders finished behind them. Any way in Yamaha are satisfied for his performance.

Third was the Ducati of Andrea Iannone, thus confirm the potential of the Italian bike to battle for the championship this year, or at least, battle for some victories.

After start in a very bad way in last year test in València and here in Sepang, today the Suzuki shows a better pace and a better reliability. Aleix Espargaró finishes on top 10, as Maverick Viñales continues his adaptation to the bike and to the category. The Catalan rider commented that his principal difficulty to adapt is the fastest lap of the tyres. The MotoGP tyres make the fastest lap on first lap and in Moto2 this hasn’t happen until the 11th or the 12th lap.

The other new manufactory this 2015 in MotoGP is Aprilia who has advanced his comeback to the category due to the financial problems that the Gresini team had. The team have a lot of problems to solve, especially with Marco Melandri who hasn’t adapt to the category on his comeback, today the Italian was 5 seconds slower than Márquez.

The MotoGP action will be back tomorrow with an especial Michelin test day. Make sure to stay tuned with FormulaRapida.net.
