Lewis Hamilton has led all the free practice sessions this race weekend in Hungary, this time with Rosberg very close behind him.
The Mercedes driver has been unstoppable all weekend. Today he’s set the fastest time both with the medium and the soft tyre. Nico Rosberg has finished less than a tenth of a second off Hamilton’s time. Behind them there’s a tight fight between Red Bull, Ferrari and Williams. Alonso was the 3rd fastest with the medium tyre but the Red Bulls and Bottas have set a better time than him with the softs, but the Spaniard made a mistake on the first sector that cost him 2 or 3 tenths. Kimi Raikkonen has been able to keep a similar pace to his teammate’s up to now, we’ll see if he’s able to keep it for the rest of the weekend.
Qualifying will begin in less than 2 hours and nothing can be predicted.
