GSK Grand Prix has announced the first of the drivers with which it will compete in the 2015 Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS season. The Italian team confirmed for the second year in a row the Italian Daniele Cazzaniga, who turned 21 last November.

The Monza-based driver, who debuted in the Fast Lane Promotion series back in 2013, managed just before Christmas four testing days on the Spanish circuits of Barcelona and Jerez, improving his feelings with the 2 liters car.

«The Winter tests held in the past months proved extremely useful. – commented the team principal Sergio Cane – We plan to line up in this year’s championship three cars and we will shortly announce another driver. We want to improve and we are confident this is going to be the right season for us».

GSK Grand Prix is one of the “historic” teams in Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS, having debuted in the second season of the series back in 2012, lining up so far six different drivers.

In the meantime just more than three months to go (95 days) before the first out of the seven 2015 venues due in Imola on April 12. The Italian round will precede Pau (17 May), Red Bull Ring (24 May), Spa-Francorchamps (7 June), Monza (5 July), Mugello (6 September) e Jerez (11 October).
