Freddie Hunt, the son of Formula 1 World Champion James Hunt, is looking to resume his racing career in endurance racing.

Hunt raced in the ADAC Formel Masters back in 2009 and took part in some rounds of the Chevrolet Cruze in Germany in 2011 and 2012. Now, he is aiming to re-start his professional racing career in GT series.

The chosen series could be the Dutch Super Challenge. Hunt would race in the Superlights class in one of Tiga’s CN12Bs. Then, he would graduate to the team’s LM214 P2. “The plan is to get the rust off in CN this season and then move into LMP2 next year or the year after”, stated Hunt.
