On the second QP session of FIA F3 in Monza, Joel Eriksson has taken Pole for second race, followed by Norris and Schumacher; while Norris will start first on race 3, with Illot second and Zhou third.

Qualifying session for races 2 and 3 began and drivers didn’t left pits for the first five minutes. Then all of them went on track. After everyone’s first attempt, Callum Ilott as first with a 1:46.020, away from competitive times.

After eleven minutes, the first good laps arrived as Joel Eriksson set a 1:44.323. This time was beaten three minutes later by Ilott, who set a 1:43.846, a time quickest than first race’s Pole position. Inmediately after that, Ilott did another lap beyond 1:44, which is an important time since second best lap decides position for race 3.

On the last minutes, Eriksson returned to first place with a 1:43.790, but he lost that time due to track limits. After that, Mick Schumacher moved to the lead, but Eriksson set a 1:43.720 on his last lap to take Pole for race 2, followed by Lando Norris and Schumacher. As for third race, it’s been Norris the man who will start from Pole.

The second and third race of the weekend will be held tomorrow at 11:00 and 15:15 (local times) respectively.
