The sixth race of the championship at the Nürburgring has been hotly contested, with Ericsson taking the victory, after making ​​a very solid race starting from the first place, and beating his teammate. The current championship leader Colletti has staged a spectacular comeback, starting thirteenth and being able to finish in third place. Second, and completing the podium finished James Calado.

The team DAMS was the clearly dominant of the race, with both drivers placed on top until they have stopped in the box.
