Atlassian Williams Racing is the second F1 team to showcase its 2025 car in a Silverstone launch using a camo livery much like McLaren.
After McLaren surprised with their 2025 car launch on Thursday, Atlassian Williams Racing presented theirs on Friday in another Silverstone launch. While the former had an unplanned launch, the latter announced a Valentine’s Day date weeks before to alert the media and fans.
Much like McLaren, Williams showed its 2025 car using a camo livery sporting its blue and black colour scheme. The launch took place at Silverstone, where they also held a shakedown/filming with Carlos Sainz and Alexander Albon.
It was Sainz first up to shakedown the FW47 after which Albon took over. The car looked slightly different from the 2024 machine, much like McLaren who also sported some changes despite a stable regulation in the cycle.
