The ART Grand Prix driver, Stoffel Vandoorne, has been the fastest in the Hungarian GP Free Practice of GP2 ahead of Nasr and Richelmi.
The GP2 Free Practice started with almost all the drivers on the track and 45 minutes left to get ready the set-up of the car.
Canamasas achieved quickly the best time followed by Berthon and Abt. Haryanto improved and puts his car at 0.3 seconds of Canamasas time.
A few time later, Nasr has climbed to the first position followed by Vandoorne and Cecotto. The track was getting better and the times were going down every lap.
30 minutes remaining, an accident involving the chamiponship leader, Palmer, and Cecotto happened.
25 minutes remaining Vandoorne leads the session followed by Nasr, Palmer and Evans.
Conor Daly had a trouble with his car in the turn 8, the car was totally stopped when there were 14 minutes left for the finish of the session.
Palmer went back to the track after a few minutes of repairs on his car.
Finally, the Belgian driver was the fastest followed by Nasr, Richelmi, Palmer and Evans.
