The Appeals Committee upholds T-Code by AMTOG’s appeal and restores Portimão points

Valencia, Spain — The Appeals and Disciplinary Committee of the Royal Spanish Automobile Federation (RFEDA) has upheld the appeal submitted by T-Code by AMTOG against the penalties imposed on Andrej Petrović and Nacho Tuñón following Race 3 of the second round of the 2026 F4 Spain Championship, held at Portimão. As a result of this decision, both penalties have been declared null and void, and the official race classification will be amended, restoring the points earned on track by both drivers.

The Committee concluded that the procedure which led to the penalties should not have been admitted, as it did not comply with the requirements established by the sporting regulations. Consequently, the Committee declared Decisions No. 31 and No. 32 of the Stewards null and void, ordering the amendment of the final race classification and cancelling the penalties imposed on our drivers.

With this decision, T-Code by AMTOG regains the points earned on track by Andrej Petrović and Nacho Tuñón, a result that has a direct impact on the championship standings. Following the updated classification, Nacho Tuñón moves up to second place in the Drivers’ Championship with 94 points, followed by Andrej Petrović in third with 92. In the Teams’ Championship, T-Code by AMTOG moves into the lead with 182 points, ahead of MP Motorsport, which has 169.
