Takuma Sato, the Japanese driver and two-time winner of the Indy 500, has announced his return to the prestigious circuit for the 110th edition of the Indianapolis 500 to be held in May. Sato will compete with the Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing team driving his #75 Honda-powered vehicle.
During this edition, Sato will seek his 17th participation in the iconic IndyCar race, aiming for his third victory after being one of the contenders last year. In his previous race, he started from pole position and led for 51 laps before a pit stop error caused him to fall to ninth place.
