Sergey Sirotkin set the fastest time of the first testing Formula Renault 3.5 Series at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps.
The Fortec driver has completed his fastest lap in the final moments in 2m01.777s, ahead of French Pierre Gasly and Spaniard Carlos Sainz. The two members drivers Red Bull Junior Team were relegated to four tenths and held in check Marlon Stockinger, Pietro Fantin and Luca Ghiotto.
First free session in Spa-Francorchamps start with two new drivers – Richie Stanaway (Lotus) and Oscar Tunjo (Pons Racing). Richie finish session 19th, while Oscar set’s 17th time.
The second test of the Formula Renault 3.5 Series at Spa-Francorchamps meeting will start at 15:20.
