The French driver did two test day -friday 23th and saturday 24th- in Almeria (Spain) with Citroën in order to prepare his return to WRC, concretely in Mexico, which will be held on 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th of March. Loeb could verify how is C3 performance and he helped the team testing different things. This test were about the shock absorbers and the differential. “This cars work very well on the ground”, commented 9 times WRC champion after he finished the test.
Sébastien Loeb had already tested Citroën C3 WRC in August 2017 in France and two months later in Catalonia. These moment was when he decided he wanted to return to WRC for this season. Loeb will compete in Mexico, Corsica and Catalonia.
