Carlos Sainz was fastest in the second free practice session of the Formula Renault 3.5 Series at Spa Francorchamps circuit. His direct rivals in the championship, Gasly and Oliver Rowland were fifth and sixth respectively.
Much of the session was led by Carlos Sainz (Dams) followed closely by Sergey Sirotkin (Fortec Motorsports).
