George Russell takes flag to flag win at Pau in a race full of accidents. He is followed by Sergio Sette Camara and Callum Ilott.

Conditions are better than this morning, the rain stopped following several hours ago and the track has been dried by the previous series of racing. All the drivers go with slick tyres but the even side of the grid is more damp than the other one.

At the start, Russell takes a brillant start, Ilott slides while trying to rejoin the dry part of the track and loses two places, Barnicoat, however is already up to sixth. Later in the race, Harrison Newey has a damaged front wing while Cassidy slows down dramatically, pits before going back again.

Russell grows a gap between him and Camara and Tveter crashes out a Foch and his car is retired without needing the deployment of the safety car. Lorandi lost the rear at T12 and hit the barrier which caused a puncture. Further back in the field, Niko Kari and Guan Yu Zhou get touchy and Günther keeps driving his way up to the field but struggles to overtake Nikita Mazepin. Guan Yu Zhou also suffers of a puncture at the rear.

Pedro Piquet, like this morning, hits the barrier hard and this time, the safety car is deployed. The Brazilian seems to have difficulties to get out but he eventually does and the safety car comes out. Russell nails his restart and Stroll forces Ilott on the damp part but cannot overtake him.

Hubert overtakes Jensen and Eriksson behind them benefits of this overtake to pass the Dane as well. Günther eventually overtakes Mazepin who loses many places.

Beckmann has a damaged rear wing as Newey crashes into the wall at Oscar, the safety car goes out and Günther is in the pits. Beckman retires as the safety car comes in the same lap with 2:30 minutes to go. Stroll puts pressure over Illot at the restarts who restarts.

George Russell takes his second win in Formula 3 ahead of Sergio Sette Camara and Callum Ilott. Rookie podium consists of Ben Barnicoat, Ralf Aron and Anthoine Hubert, from fifth to seventh overall.
