George Russell has been the fastest in the GP3 Series practice session in Silverstone circuit in Great Britain.
The free practice session of the GP3 Series has not had a clear leader. In the first minutes, Jack Aitken (ART Grand Prix) started leading with a 1:48.947, being half a second faster than Niko Kari (Arden International).
A few minutes later, Dorian Boccolacci (Trident) would improve that time by one tenth and, ten minutes later, Nirei Fukuzumi (ART Grand Prix) would stop the clock 4 tenths quicker than the Frenchman.
Everyone would improve times and, finally, the youngest Mercedes-AMG driver, George Russell (ART Grand Prix), would set the fastest time of the day followed by his fellow teammates Fukuzumi, Aitken and Anthoine Hubert. Leo Pulcini (Arden International) completes the top5.
