After a very intense DTM race In Zandvoort, Rockenfeller is the official DTM Champion 2013.
Farfus won for the 3rd time and continue his positives series.
Farfus palyed all his cards, started the race in a great way, very aggressive, vey concentrated.
Rockenfeller was a little bit nervous and Race Control puts him under investigation for a jump start.
But no sanctions for him, no jump start.
In 3 laps Farfus ive a gap of 3.2 seconds to Rockenfeller.
Great reaction of Rockenfeller, and in 3 laps he was on him.
Gap reduced to 0.749 seconds.
In Lap 12 Farfus pit-stop, and Rockenfeller continue the race. He backs on track P6.
2 laps later, Rockenfeler pit-stop, and back on track P4 behind Farfus.
A very great battle between them.
Rockenfeller so aggressive tried out to overtake Farfus.
The round of pit-stop during the 30 lap were ended and all drivers started to push their cars to limit.
Lerner at Lap 39 went out and Safety car entered on track.
It was a great opportunity for Rockenfeller, cause Farfus was leading with 15.3 seconds to Rockenfeller.
Race re-start at lap 42.
Farfus defends his place and finished the race P1.
But today all the reflectors are on Rockenfeller.
With his 2nd place wins DTM Driver Championship 2013!!!
