Red Bull Racing’s official 2019 F1 livery has been revealed with the team opting for the usual matte finish in the corporate colours.

Like it was last year, Red Bull revealed an one-off livery for its shakedown at Silverstone on February 13 – it was in the usual matte finish but with no yellow with blue and red dominant. With the first test starting on Monday, the team has unveiled its official colours.

The team showcased the expected livery of Red Bull’s corporate colours with the yellow returning alongside the dark blue and red scheme. The RB15 will be driven by Max Verstappen and Pierre Gasly this year after Daniel Ricciardo moved out.

The shakedown had Verstappen and Gasly drive the new Honda-powered car for the first time as the team starts its new journey with the Japanese manufacturer alongside its sister team Toro Rosso – which continues on with the partnership.

The team is gearing up for a big season as they hope to challenge the likes of Mercedes and Ferrari with Honda at the back of their car. The team is confident that they are already a step ahead of Renault but it remains to be seen how they perform.
