Räikkönen leads morning wet session

Ferrari driver, Kimi Räikkönen has been the quickest in the morning session of fourth day of pre-season testing of Formula 1 at Barcelona-Catalunya circuit.

Despite the sun today at Barcelona, Pirelli asked to have a wet day of testing in order to test the wet compounds. Despite that, the track dry out through the session.

The fastest was Kimi Räikkönen (Ferrari) with a lap time of 1:22.305 and 45 laps, finishing ahead of Romain Grosjean’s Haas who also worked a lot during the morning with 49 laps. Completes the top3 the McLaren of Stoffel Vandoorne.

Out of top3 finished Max Verstappen (Red Bull) and Sergio Perez (Force India), while Nico Hulkneberg (Renault) –sixth, was the guy who most lap did with 51.

Electrical issues for Mercedes let them only complete 9 laps, while Toro Rosso completed only 1 laps. Williams did not participate.
